IMPORTANT

Purchase of PiF Membership

By purchasing a qualified PiF NFT, the buyer agrees to the following terms:

  • The PiF membership for Phase 1 lasts for 2 years and provides access detailed in ""

  • The PiF membership for Phase 2 lasts for the duration of the Incentive Boost period, approximately 12 weeks (or less) + 1 year.

  • As a PiF member, the holder agrees to create art and be minted by the Program to be eligible for PiF rewards.

  • The terms of sale of the Art will be a discussion between the Program and the art creator (member holder).

🔏 Guarantee and Non-Guarantee

So what is guaranteed, and what is not?

  • I will guarantee the reimbursement for the purchase from my 1/1 collection (minus market place fees and royalties), that is my way of 'paying it forward'. It has to start somewhere, so it starts with me. Other PiF Artists may choose to 'pay it forward' or not, artists have full control of their art.

  • Access to the AI tools within the discord are third-party subscriptions, the Program cannot guarantee their up-time and availability and cannot be hold liable for any disruption to any third-party services.
